Mr. Conde serves as Carolina Care Chief Operating Officer (COO), reporting to Dr. Jay Taylor, President and CEO.

Mr. Conde is responsible for managing the company including organization, finance, operations, information technology, and contracting.

In addition to serving as COO to Carolina Care, Mr. Conde has served as a board member and treasurer to the University of South Carolina Association of Lettermen. 

Adjunct Professor, University of South Carolina School of Business.

Mr. Conde also serves as President and CEO of Carolina Health Consultants. 

He is a founding board member of the Carolina Care Foundation supporting emergency medicine issues across South Carolina.

He currently serves on the St. John Neuman School Board and is treasurer of the Wildewood Section V Homeowner?s Association.  

Mr. Conde received his Masters of Public Health in Health Administration and Bachelors degree from the University of South Carolina.
